| Filter Clip Machine |

This machine forms a metal clip on the pleats of air filter material. The clip stock is fed into the machine and formed into a "V" shape by the rollers shown above. The clip stock is fed from an uncoil table behind the machine. The clip length is entered by the operator. The machine then feeds the clip and waits for the filter. The machine was designed to handle filter heights from 0" to 12". |

Here is the clip on the filter material. After the clip has been clamped onto the filter material the product drops from the machine onto a conveyor below. The machine then feeds another clip and waits for the next filter. |
